s summer is quickly ap- proaching and on the minds of many, it seems everyone is making plans and “coming and going!” There are many plans for summer vacations, not to mention road trips, gradua- tions, end of the year parties, etc., etc. On top of all that, this is also a very busy wedding season. Peo- ple are literally, “on the go.” They are planning on coming and going to all kinds of places!

In the Bible Jesus is always tell- ing His people “to come.” In Luke 14:17 Jesus says, “Come, the ban- quet is ready.”

In the Bible Jesus is always telling His people “to go.” Mark 16:15 “And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.” So where are you going? And

where are you coming? We should be going out everywhere and to everyone sharing the Good News! Luke 14:23 “Then the master told his servant, ‘Go out to the roads and country lanes and compel them to come in, so that my house will be full.’”

God has invited us to a party! It is an eternal celebration! If we are a true servant of God, then our job description is to “Go and invite the guests!” Only a Chris- tian can tell people how to get to heaven. An important question to ask ourselves is “Is anyone going to be in heaven because of me?” We need to leave a legacy. There are two dates on a tombstone, but the most important dates are the ones symbolized by the hyphen (-) between the birthdate and the death date. What did we do for Christ between those two dates?

We should be busy about our Fathers business. We, as Christians (followers of Christ), are called to be focused and  we do for Christ?” In 1 Peter 3:15 it says “always being prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give a reason for the hope that is in you.” We should take the gospel of Christ everywhere we go, and to everyone we meet. OUR JOB AS A CHRISTIAN: (from Luke 14:16-24) *Go & Tell *Go Quickly

*Go Bring Them In *Go Everywhere

*Go and Invite Everyone
