What a wonderful idea to honor and recognize our pets, especially at a time when we are self-quarantined due to the COVID-19 virus. As I write this, it’s Harry’s he knows more than we realize especially since he enjoyed us singing Happy Birthday to him. The look in his eyes and the smile Since we live in Seattle’s Leschi neighborhood, we’ve named him, Prince Harry, the Labradoodle of Leschi. It’s wonderful to see the smiles we, and Harry, receive on our daily walks. In all seriousness, we named Harry after my beloved mother, Harriett, who peacefully left us 10 years ago. My son got him as a puppy and left him with me when he (my son, not Winston) went off to college in Oregon.
