One thing we may all be able to agree upon across the community association industry is that it’s a very different workday, workplace, and workforce. For those involved in servicing homeowner communities, whether they be townhomes, condominiums, or single-family homes, finding staff members to meet commitments has grown increasingly difficult. This is true across industry services and professionals, whether we’re involved as management companies or managers, landscapers, electricians, or plumbers, accountants or even attorneys. From downtown high-rises to suburban enclaves, and every measure of community association in between, we are all desperately in need of people to hire and people to do the work.
