1. How many crews does the vendor operate? You don’t want a company too small that may be cheaper but does not have the personnel to effectively service all of their accounts.


2. Specify where the removed snow should be relocated, along with, for resident safety, the time and frequency of plowing during continuous snow and the minimum snow fall requirement for plowing.


3. Specifications for a plant and pet friendly salt solution to take care of icy spots. What about a more complex capital purchase like a new AHU (air handing unit) replacement?
