Tey also discussed the importance of supplier diversity and the support services Webcor provides to SUBs. “We started some really good dia-


logues with some of the small businesses that participated,” Sullivan noted. “One of the cornerstones of creating a business relationship is communication, and having that opportunity to network and grow a trusted bond is so important.” Te Forum directly connected partici-


pants with upcoming bid opportunities at Webcor. “We want to try to uplift as many small and underrepresented businesses as possible,” Sullivan added. “Te hope is they can grow and participate on more of our jobs in the future.” For Casey McEndree, chief executive officer of the small, woman-owned busi- ness Calosso Construction, participating in the SUB Forum and accessing AGC of California services and knowledge sharing around estimating, bidding, bonding, safety and many other topics have been invaluable. “To have these AGC Forums directly
