n August 31, 2022 the California Division of Occupational Safety and Health (Cal/OSHA) con-
vened an advisory committee of safety professionals that included members of AGC of California to discuss amendments to Section 1630, Elevators for Hoisting Workers. AGC of California is following this
important regulation that impacts con- tractors’ daily jobsite operations.
