Recruit, develop and retain outstanding leaders and faculty in support of the integrated research model.
• Engage a senior faculty member in the Mentor Liaison Program to serve as the mentoring champion at Goldfarb who will act as a mentor and mentor-trainer for faculty.
• Recruit up to fifteen early-to- mid-career faculty members over the next five to seven years through a combination of direct hires and joint appointments.
• Recruit at least two senior faculty over the next five to seven years.
• Provide these faculty some set amount of protected time to perform research at Goldfarb, act as mentors and develop endogenous research expertise for up to three years after appointment to ensure success.
