BOB DELLERT ALEX PIÑERO


design team, Piñero will work with the company’s CAD/ Revit Designer and will be the point of contact for the management of all custom and suites products. He will also play a key role in the growth and development of heavy-duty and other spec line Vulcan products. “We are looking forward to having Alex on the new Vulcan design team,” said Chris Stern, vice president and general manager. “His industry experience will be parlayed into strengthening Vulcan’s offering of custom ranges and suites. The result is a win for both us and our customers.” Piñero comes to Vulcan


with a strong culinary background and has served as executive chef at restaurants in South Florida. Most recently, he worked for a foodservice equipment dealer as a project manager, directing all aspects of design, fabrication, planning and installation.


Welbilt


Garland, a Welbilt brand, appointed Bob Dellert as vice president of sales and marketing.


Dellert will lead all


commercial activities across the Garland brand for both the general market and chain accounts. He will develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and build and strengthen relationships with key business partners including reps, dealers, buying groups, and consultants to deliver industry-leading solutions for customers. Having begun his career at Lincoln Foodservice 15 years ago, Dellert’s most recent position was as vice president of national accounts at Alto-Shaam. “Bob Dellert is an accomplished and results- focused senior sales executive with extensive industry knowledge and exceptional leadership skills,” said Graham Sams, president of Garland and Lincoln. “He delivers impactful business solutions that provide direct and measurable ROI, consistently exceeding expectations.”


MARK HARSY Winholt


Winholt announced two promotions and a new hire. Mark Harsy has been elevated to senior regional sales manager after eight years at Winholt and 25 in the industry. In this role, Harsy will continue to lead sales in the Central region, while continuing efforts that he has led informally for years as a mentor and trainer to the regional sales team. “Mark has always exhibited an aura of confi dence, exemplifi ed by his professionalism, character and calm demeanor, which will serve him well in this new role,” said Mike Carlson, vice president of sales. The manufacturer also


promoted Bradley Williamson to Northeast regional sales manager for foodservice. Williamson joined the company in September 2023 as the territory sales manager for New York and Long Island. In July 2021, he was promoted to sales project manager and focused on supporting Winholt’s regional sales managers nationally. In his new role, Williamson will oversee the foodservice sales strategy for the Northeast region, working closely with foodservice representatives.

Finally, Martin Palazeti joined the Winholt team as stainless steel fabrication foodservice representative. Palazeti is a 25-year veteran of the foodservice equipment and supplies industry and has held national and regional positions with Duke, Delafi eld, Leggett & Platt, and Elkay. At Winholt, he will be responsible for expanding sales and market share for the company’s stainless steel fabrication product category.
