T&S Brass and Bronze Works T&S Brass and Bronze Works, a manufacturer specializing in plumbing products, hired Stefan Sturmer as sales manager for Central/Eastern Europe.


In this role, Sturmer will support existing customers, pursue new customers and develop close relationships with partners throughout Central/Eastern Europe. He will work with T&S Brass’ European company, Klarco, and help extend T&S and Klarco’s presence in the region.


“Stefan brings a wealth of experience in the B2B foodservice and HoReCa (hotel, restaurants, catering) industry to his new role with T&S,” said Nikolai Hinzer, sales manager for Europe. “His expertise will be an asset to our team and to our customers, and we’re excited to bring him on board.” Sturmer previously


worked with Pefra as a sales representative in North Rhine-Westphalia and was responsible for German sales of U.S.-produced kitchen technology. His experience in the hotel and restaurant


industry spans more than a decade.


“After three years in the


area of kitchen planning at the company Chefsculinar, I’m happy to be working for a manufacturer again,” Sturmer said.


TriMark TriMark announced the addition of three new members to its category management team. Brenda Albright, Adrienne Natale and Mark Doles will join the team led by Senior Vice President of Category Management Scott MacKaben. Brenda Albright will take


on the role of director of category management for disposables at the end of March. The promotion comes after a year of working as the dealer’s director of regional procurement in the north region. Albright brings over 20 years of experience in the foodservice industry to the position, having previously worked as the category manager of beverage, dairy and disposables at US Foods. She will be responsible for maintaining relationships with divisional and regional sales teams while meeting category strategy needs.

start her role as director of category management for smallwares and tabletops in early April. With more than 20 years of experience in vendor relationship management and category sales forecasting, Natale will assist in delivering creative category and vendor programs while helping the sales team provide expert solutions to customers. Before joining TriMark, Natale worked as a category manager for Topco Indirect Spend Solutions. Finally, Mark Doles was appointed as senior category manager. Doles brings extensive experience in industry-specifi c sales and category management, including 27 years at US Foods, where he most recently served as the category operations manager in the Metro D.C. area.
