To further enhance regional operator and customer sales and support, Lew Demis has been appointed as the new regional sales manager – Central, while Michael Kelly has been appointed to manage the Northeast region, assuming the role previously held by Voitek.
Demis joins Alto-Shaam as a seasoned foodservice equipment industry expert of 18 years. Prior to joining Alto-Shaam, he was a national

sales manager in the East for a manufacturer of display merchandisers. He has also previously worked as regional sales manager for the Midwest and Central regions for another cooking equipment manufacturer.
Kelly also comes to Alto- Shaam with extensive industry expertise, including more than 10 years of foodservice equipment sales experience. He began his career as a trained chef and has since worked in regional sales and project management across various regions, including Northeast, Central and Canada.

Flexeserve
Flexeserve, a manufacturer specializing in hot-holding equipment, hired Patrick Walker as vice president of technical service. Walker, an accomplished technical service executive with more than 35 years of industry experience, will be tasked with supporting Flexeserve customers across the Americas. In his new role, Walker will utilize his technical, sales and account management skill sets to help ensure maximum continuity for a variety of hot food operators. “I’m so proud to be part of the Flexeserve team,” Walker said. “Our technology and expertise are truly game-changing — a totally different proposition to anything else in the market. Perlick
Perlick, a manufacturer specializing in bar and refrigeration equipment, has selected Tracy Pearson as the company’s new president and CEO. Pearson joined Perlick in February 2021 as CFO and has been acting CEO since June 2022.
