Do you miss pumpkin flavors and pumpkin food after the holidays? You use oatmeal instead of flour so it makes them gluten free. We are not a gluten free family and still love these tasty muffins. The whole recipe can be completed in the blender so it’s an easy clean up! When it comes time for stirring in the chocolate chips at the end (don’t blend them in!) - you could replace them with anything that you and your family like, ie., coconut flakes, nuts, cranberries, seeds, raisins, shredded carrot. Explore the possibilities! You can’t go wrong with these
