sites safer globally, and we provide a safety intelligence platform built for construction contractors. Unlike other tools that focus just on compliance, HammerTech ensures that self-perform crews and subcontractors, who both carry a lot of risk and who are most at risk on the front lines, are inextricably involved in safety processes. We have grown substantially and now serve over 500 clients

across North America, Australia, and Europe. Our platform is used on over 20,000 live construction projects worldwide, with more than 4.7 million workers having completed orientations via the platform to date.

Georgia Bergers:Meeting rigorous California legislation and regulation and engaging subcontractors and crews in safety are challenges we’ve helped our customers address. HammerTech began in Australia, where construction safety regulations are some of the most stringent in the world, and of all the U S states, California is one of the most regulated.

Leveraging this experience and in partnership with U.Sith U.S. and California customers, our product has been developed to meet and exceed the needs here in California. Not only do we help contractors ensure that all their projects and trades are managing safety as required, but we make it much more efficient, and data transparency drives continuous improve- ment. With labor shortages and the never-ending schedule pressures, HammerTech gives back time to teams so they can be out in the field managing safety where their skills and expertise are most impactful.

Safety is truly about keeping people on the front lines safe. Unlike other safety tools that focus just on inspections and audits, HammerTech prioritizes subcontractor and worker engagement with safety more broadly. Beginning with dig- ital orientations and thorough subcontractor onboarding, arding, we track their involvement on each step of a project. We ask what toolbox talks did they attend, have they been involved in daily pre-task planning, and have they been briefed on the latest job hazard analysis (JHA)? We make sure workers can meaningfully play an active part in all processes and can access safety information on their mobile devices both before they start work and while they’re active on the project.
