Season of Prayer & Fasting


During the recent Synod meeting the fol- lowing motion was approved, “That the Mod- erator designate a season of prayer and fasting for the beginning of the week of September 13, 2026, for the purpose that the LORD of the Harvest would raise up laborers that we so desperately desire and that the 2026 General Synod of the ARPC encourage all Presbyter- ies, Sessions, Congregations, and individuals to participate.”


September/October 2026 Stanford Award


The winners of this year’s Stanford Award are Maggie McManus of Winnsboro, S.C., and Harrison Bult of Colum- bia, S.C. Both students are homeschooled. The Stanford Award is given to “a high school senior who has demonstrated a commitment to the Gospel and to ministry excellence during his or her high school years.” The award is named for the Rev. Henry G. Stanford, Jr. in honor of his faithful service as a pastor and missionary.
