of conferences called Quest and Horizon. These youth conferences have been special to me person- ally since I attended them as a student myself. Now, at the age of 35, I have the opportunity to serve alongside others to help these conferences continue to change and shape the lives of students across our denomination.

The verse printed on the welcome sign as you drive through the front gates of Bonclarken is Psalm

100:4, “Enter his gates with thanksgiving.” Every year, I truly do enter those gates with thanksgiving. My role during Quest and Horizon is Work Crew Boss. This year, Work Crew members came from South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, Geor- gia, and even South Korea. Without their dedication, Quest and Horizon simply would not be possible. Work Crew is strenuous, exhausting, and stretching. As a team, we desire to grow in our knowl-

It challenges me to depend on the Lord and creates a space for forever friendships to form, all while having fun and enjoying the Heaven on Earth that is Bonclarken!” Mac Anderson: “Work Crew means so much to me! It has shown me how to be a servant leader and helped me build friendships with other ARP members my age.” John Shoger: “Work Crew was a great opportunity to both work alongside great people and serve middle and high schoolers. It was special to see both work crew and the participants grow in their faith. Mine was certainly strengthened through the two weeks.” Anna Kester: “There is truly nothing like the fellowship with Work Crew. You leave exhausted but with the fullest heart, knowing you got to pour into others and be part of something so intentional.  believers at camp is unlike anything else. Bonclarken is truly a slice of heaven.” Anabeth Sumners: “I think Work Crew is not just about the lasting friendships and connections you can make. It is about getting the opportunity to help campers get the best week possible, while they grow in their faith and walk with the Lord.” Charity Truell: “Work Crew has pushed me closer to Christ, deeper into Christian fellowship, and pro- vided me with memories that I will cherish forever. It is an opportunity that truly is a gift from the Lord!” Quest and Horizon continue to provide a place where middle and high school students can gather with other believers and dive deeper into what it looks like to walk with the Lord. I am thankful for the continued ministry of these conferences and look forward to the way the Lord continues to use them to further His kingdom. We hire a new Work Crew each summer, so if you or someone you know might be interested in serving alongside us, please reach out. My email address is workcrew@arpconferences.org.
