6. The Synod Oversight Committee proposes that a new Synod committee be formed using the Committee on Conferences as a model for structuring an ARP Women’s Ministry Synod commit- tee. The purpose of the Synod committee will be to provide: • connection between the ARP Women’s Ministry Board and Synod according to the denomi- nation’s existing organizational structures.

There will not be a July meeting in years when there is a Fall Retreat. The Annual Business Meeting will be integrated into the Fall Retreat schedule. The fellowship, engagement, and attendance at the 2025 super retreat were very encouraging. Attendance at July meetings is
a recommendation.
8. Amend the Constitution, Article III, to remove “Canada” because Canada now has its own Synod. The wording would be amended to read, “The membership of this organization shall consist of all women members of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church in the United States.”
