to enhancing the professional standards in the IR landscape. We extend our deepest gratitude to the Certification Council and the NIRI Board for their visionary leadership and unwavering support.” David Erickson, Immediate Past Chair

of the Certification Council, says, “Te IR Foundations and IR Advanced certificate programs fulfill two important goals—to continue elevating the standards of our profession and to meet the evolving needs of practitioners in the IR field who are eager to demonstrate their expertise. Te many NIRI members who have dedicated their time to plan and develop these programs speak to the high quality and value these certificates represent. I am very proud that NIRI now offers two new tools to measure comprehensive IR proficiency, which has the added benefit of representing a second pathway to achieving the prestigious IRC Certification.” Nicole Russell, Chair of the Certification

Council, says, “Tese certificate programs are a testament to our belief in nurturing IR talent from the ground up and are catalysts for professional growth and excellence. I en- courage all professionals in the IR landscape to embrace this opportunity to enhance their skills and contribute to elevating the

our sincere thanks to the NIRI Examination Development Committee, whose tireless efforts in creating the new exam forms and content have been instrumental. Te content for both programs is meticulously crafted based on the revised IR Competency Framework, covering the 11 IR Domains of Practice. Tis ensures that our credentialing programs remain relevant, practical, and aligned with the latest industry trends and best practices. “I am particularly proud of the com-

mitment of all volunteer IR professionals and subject matter experts who served on the Job Task Analysis Taskforce and the Examination Development Committee. Their collective efforts in revising the IR Competency Framework and curating the content that covers the eleven IR Domains of Practice have been exemplary. Tis effort has ensured that our credentialing programs remain at the forefront of industry relevance and rigor.” NIRI thanks everyone involved in bring-

ing these programs to fruition and members of the investor relations community for their continued participation. For more informa- tion, visit www.niri.org/certification. IR
