• Based on the latest Job Task Analysis of the IR profession, the IRC exam now includes expanded capital markets content, a new section on ESG, and the exam has also been streamlined from 4 hours to 3 hours
• Two new certificates—IR Foundations and IR Advanced—that provide a new pathway to earning the IRC credential.

• Reform of SEC Regulations 13D and 13G, where stockholders crossing the 5% ownership threshold must now disclose their positions within five business days.
• Successful advocacy to support the reinstatement of portions of the SEC Proxy Advisory Rule
• Continuing advocacy in partnership with the Society for Corporate Governance and the New York Stock Exchange to modern SEC Regulation 13F to reduce the 45-day filing period to no more than five business days, in line with 13D
IR Knowledge Delivered A total of 21 breakout education sessions explored a wide range of topics that connected with every aspect of investor relations, aligned with the 11 domains of the IR Competency Framework. Some of the topics included messaging strate-
gies, investor outreach, storytelling, peer analysis, AI applications, crisis management, investor days, board communication, and a proxy season update.
Business Opportunities in the IR Showcase More than 30 sponsors filled the IR Showcase ex- hibit hall, which was a hub of activity throughout the conference. Leading investor relations product and service providers were represented, offering every opportunity for IR professionals to find solutions and innovations.
