of professionals within the investor relations spectrum, including new practitioners, senior IROs, service providers, finance, communica- tions, and other professionals. The IR Foundations program covers the
core competencies and skills of the founda- tional domains of investor relations, ensuring a robust knowledge base and competencies for professionals who are in their early to middle IR career journey. By comparison, the IR Advanced program is

tailored for professionals with deeper expertise and advanced IR responsibilities. Tis program covers complex competencies and practices, regulatory issues, governance knowledge, and business insights helping seasoned practitioners validate their elevated knowledge and skills. All participants will earn a uniquely designed
digital certificate and digital badge for each cer- tificate to denote their accomplishments. Upon the successful completion of both certificates and meeting the work experience requirements, IR corporate professionals and IR counselors will be awarded the IRC Certification, which recognizes their comprehensive knowledge and proficiency in investor relations. “Tis strategic decision to create these cer-
