Next year’s NCLC will be hosted at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, on March 18-21, 2026. Jenn Myers, executive director of NALP Foundation and se-

nior director of workforce development for NALP, says industry professionals can help support NCLC by becoming a sponsor, leading a workshop or participating in the career fair. “Even if they’re from California and you’re from Maryland, the student might not want to move to Maryland, but you can still help them understand here’s the different types of positions my compa- ny offers, or here’s the type of company culture we have,” Myers says. Wood says he’d love to see a thou- sand students participating in NCLC one day.

“I want to see this continue to grow, and there’s more

colleges that we can connect with,” Wood says. “By connecting with more universities and getting more students interested in this competition, we’re going to bring more people into our industry, and that’s going to help our industry grow.” Thank you to all our partners who help make NCLC possible, including our elite partners STIHL, Stanley Black & Decker, Caterpillar and Aspire, for supporting this event. Additional- ly, thank you to our Gold partners, John Deere and Mariani Premier Group. TE
