Congratulations Dental Scholarship Winners


Matt Bryant (UMKC 2020) is from Willard, near Springfield. He has a passion for education and has been a frequent volunteer at Give Kids a Smile. Matt intends to establish a practice in rural southwest Missouri and deliver affordable solutions to underserved populations. Matt loves political science and plans to engage with MDA legislative efforts.


Charlotte Donaway (UMKC 2020) A grad of Rockwood Summit High in Fenton, Charlotte knew from a young age she wanted to help others through dentistry. She was a student volunteer at MOMOM 2013 while at SEMO and she plans to volunteer regularly for MOMOM after graduation. She is developing her leadership skills to lead her own dental team.


Hunter McAreavy (UMKC 2020) is from Boonville in central Missouri where her work with a therapeutic riding center inspired her desire to pursue dentistry as a means to help others. Hunter has held many leadership roles in her community and school and looks forward to serving in a similar fashion as a member of the MDA.
