Over time, through this program, the construction industry will take back its public narrative and control the messaging. For too long our industry has allowed everyone else to control our message. Build California takes that back and puts our industry back in the driver’s seat.

California is committed to supporting the entire industry’s success. Our work is in collabo- ration with the industry, which is why we are standing up our Construction Education Foundation (CEF) to embrace, enhance, and educate our people. As we look to our

Centennial Year here at AGC of California, we see an opportunity to provide services that align with our mission and the needs of the industry. Tat is why we will be investing in our training and education programs, our diversity and inclusion programs, our construction leadership programs, as well as our

workforce development programs. Te industry knows all too well that

it is our people that make our work possible and it is our people that make our work great. We look forward to lifting the people of our industry up as we go forward.
