Te app is designed for easy

industry use, and, most importantly, there is total anonymity for KwikCompli users. Te more information we get from the sender on the spot, the faster CIFAC can determine whether the public agency is non-compliant and get that project out to bid. KwikCompli is designed for use whenever you’re out during the workday and spot a project that’s being done by a local government that you think should be done by your company or private contractors. CIFAC’s Bay Area regional

compliance manager Matt Hilliard, who led the app design team, can answer any questions about the new app at (800) 755-3354. Te CIFAC staff is also available to answer questions by visiting CIFAC.org, “Contact Us.”

CIFAC’s RCMs work directly with

city, county and special district staff almost daily to provide continuous education to local elected and appointed officials. A continuous influx of newly elected officials, district board members and new staff, coupled with annual changes in the law, creates a continuous need for CIFAC education and compliance programs. You can get reports of these activities monthly on CIFAC.org and at the organiza- tion’s annual State of the Industry conferences. For more information, please visit the CIFAC website at cifac.org. 
