2018 AGC of California President Walt Johnson announced the appointments of leaders for AGC’s standing statewide committees/councils during the year. Chairs and Vice Chairs named were:

AGC Districts Elect 2018 Chairs, Vice Chairs


AGC of California’s 12 districts have elected chairs and vice chairs for the respective districts for 2018.


Eureka / Shasta – Chris Handley, Tullis, Inc., Redding, was elected Chair. Phil George, Phil E. George, P.E., Redding, was elected Vice Chair.


Delta-Sierra –Terrence McNamara, Teichert Construction, Sacramento, was elected Chair, and Mary Grandy, EPIC Insurance, Sacramento, was elected Vice Chair.


North Bay – Denise Dutra, The Dutra Group, San Rafael, was elected Chair, and Buddy Wall, Moss Adams, LLP, Santa Rosa, was elected Vice Chair.


San Francisco Bay Area – Steve Rule, Turner Construction Company, Oakland, was elected Chair, and Bryant Fields, DAL Technology, Oakland, is Vice Chair.


Santa Clara –Josh Heath, Penhall Company, Santa Clara, was elected Chair, and Brian Azzopardi, Blach Construction, San Jose, was elected Vice Chair.


Monterey Bay –Troy Fink, Ausonio Incorporated, Castroville, was elected Chair, and Kate Reuter, Aon Construction Services Group, Salinas, was elected Vice Chair.


San Joaquin –Matt Seals, Seals/Biehle, Inc., Visalia, will serve as Chair, and Caleb Haus, KRC Safety, Visalia, will serve as Vice Chair.


Tri-Counties –Jesse Bishop, CalPortland Construction, Santa Maria, was elected Chair, and Pete Hemesath, Diani Building Co., Santa Maria, was elected Vice Chair.


Los Angeles –Bert Somers, Ferrovial Agroman US Corp, Los Angeles, was elected Chair, and Ryan Aukerman, Griffith Company, Brea, was elected Vice Chair.


Orange County – Tony Naranjo, Marne Construction, Inc., Orange, was elected Chair. Dan Long, Hensel Phelps, Irvine, was elected Vice Chair.


Riverside / San Bernardino – Pat Kelly, Granite Construction, Indio, was elected Chair, and Rana Sadaqat, Griffith Company, Brea, was elected Vice Chair.
