She succeeds Russ Marquart, who will retain his current responsibilities as CEO and board chairman. Te move was made ahead of Marquart’s planned phased retirement. Marquart, who joined the bank in 1987, has been president and CEO of Central Bank of the Ozarks since 2006. “Joselyn is an experienced community banker and is the right fit to continue our record of success as a bank, as well as continuing the level of service our customers have become accustomed to,” Marquart said. With 23 years of bank management experience, Baldner has been instrumental in the strategic direction of its retail and business banking divisions. Since 2014, Baldner has served as executive vice president, chief retail officer. She is a graduate of MBA’s Banking Leadership Missouri program.

Jeff Camilleri was promoted to president — commercial and mortgage banking for CNB St. Louis Bank. Tis role expands his leadership beyond his previous role as regional president, and Camilleri now leads both divisions for CNB. Troughout 2020, Camilleri played a key role in the bank’s delivery of Paycheck Protection Program loans while simultaneously leading the bank’s mortgage team through a surge of volume. He joined the bank’s commercial banking team in 2015.


Brett Magers was promoted president of Legacy Bank and Trust in Rogersville. CEO John Everett said, “Brett has played an integral role in our success through his ability to attract and develop customer relationships, as well as building a team of talented associates who share his mindset of constantly driving to be the best.” Magers has been with the bank for 10 years and has more than 15 years of banking experience. Jeremy Loftin was named to the bank’s executive leadership team as chief operations officer. Loſtin began his career in financial services in 2002 and has worked in various roles in the financial industry throughout his career.

Country Club Bank in Kansas City promoted Brian Hoban to chief commercial banking officer, a new position to oversee strategic planning and growth of commercial banking. He joined the bank in August 2020 as senior vice president of commercial lending. Hoban has more than 30 years of banking experience, primarily in commercial lending, sales and relationship management.


Guaranty Bank in  promoted Jackie Humphreys as its new centralized document processing and support manager. Humphreys joined the bank in 2013 as its loan administration manager and has nearly 20 years of banking experience, including roles in accounting, loan review and retail banking. Linda Revie was promoted to loan administration manager. She joined the bank in 1998 as a loan servicing payoff associate and has held leadership positions in both loan administration and information technology. Revie has nearly 40 years of banking experience.  joined Guaranty Bank as vice president and senior credit officer. Wardenburg has nearly 15 years of banking and credit experience that includes senior commercial portfolio manager.

Pony Express Bank in Liberty welcomed Dave Hinck as senior vice president of lending. He has nearly 30 years of banking experience and most recently served as an executive vice president. Crissy McAfee was


named vice president of operations. She has more than 20 years of banking experience.


RETIREMENTS Don Reynolds


Don Reynolds of Regional Missouri Bank in Marceline retired from his daily bank activities in December 2020. Reynolds is a 52-year-veteran of the banking industry, with 30 of those years leading Regional Missouri Bank. He will continue to serve as chairman of the bank’s board of directors. A U.S. Air Force veteran, Reynolds started his banking career as a teller in Kansas City and was an ag lender,


vice president, cashier and CEO for various banks in Missouri. In 1989, Reynolds was part of group of business leaders who purchased Regional Missouri Bank, which now has branches in Marceline, Keytesville, Salisbury, Glasgow, Paris and Moberly. Reynolds has served as a director for the MBA Board of Directors and was inducted into MBA’s 50 Year Club in 2018.


Brandon Wardenburg


Aſter 45 years of dedicated service as a senior vice president, cashier and secretary of the board of directors,  retired from TPNB Bank in Paris in December 2020. She joined the Bank in 1975 as a teller and wore many different hats as she worked diligently in all areas of the bank. Wilson was a valued member of the management team, and her leadership and experience were instrumental in the bank’s success.
