As a Missouri community banker serving on the ABA board, Robb hopes his tenure “sends a clear message to banks across the nation that everyone has a voice, whether you are a very small community bank or the largest bank in the nation,” regardless of your
geographic location or asset size.
“My vote on a topic is just as important as the vote of the other banks throughout the nation,” he said.
Although banks’ priorities may differ, Robb said
visits with Missouri Congressman Blaine Luetkemeyer. Robb is honored to represent the nation’s banks in his new role with the American Bankers Association.
the success of all banks is from one source — their customers.
“Customers are our most valuable assets. If it were not for our customers, there would be no need for the banks to be here,” he said. “Banks of all shapes and
sizes across our nation have to work together to help our customers the best we possibly can. We are in this together. My hope is that our industry can rise to the occasion to best liſt up our communities throughout our nation.”
