ValLimar Jansen’s high energy Blues band “Grits and Bourbon” got us all dancing in our living rooms, while bourbon-tasting expert Margaret Horlander took us on a high-proof journey—great music, fun food pairings, and a thorough education in the ins and outs of Kentucky’s famous traditional beverage.


Perseverance


Local artist Bryan Holden, together with his family, shared an evening of inspiration, exploring his amazing “Perseverance,” created entirely of computer keys, carefully arranged throughout his artistic creation to reveal messages of wisdom and hope.
