APRIL 2021
ASSOCIATION NEWS Te New
NPM.org
On February 1, 2021, NPM’s website,
npm.org, received a fresh coat of paint! With a new design and more simplified navigation,
npm.org is now the “go to” place for information and news for members and potential members.
Here are a few highlights: On the home page of the new website, you will find two main sections: Latest News and Events.
Te Latest News area provides easy access to important topics for NPM today: from Ministry Monday, an important Lunchtime Concert, or the 2021 National Convention, Latest News provides the most important information you need right away.
Te Events area of the home page shares some of the biggest events NPM provides on a weekly basis. For example, the Events area can point you in the direction of upcoming workshops, deadline for registrations for Skill Builders and the 2021 Convention, and more. Want to learn about all of the events NPM offers? We’ve created a Google Calendar where you can see all of our events and import them into your own Google Calendar account as well.
On the Chapters tab of the website, you’ll now find a nationwide chapter map. Quickly look up chapter locations as well as the Chapter Director’s contact information. Stay tuned in the coming months for more information on our chapters as well.
On the About tab, the News and Notes area is our own virtual bulletin board. Check out News and Notes for important statements as well as resources and other long-term updates.
Te Formation tab is a new offering on the website that houses the details for all NPM formation opportunities: Certificate programs, NPM publications, upcoming programs and events, and our very popular “Chants of the Roman Missal” section.
Tese are just a few of the many great ways our website has been improved. Te website is constantly being updated, so bookmark it and visit often!
