Alabanzas has been a favorite for Hispanic and other communities over the years. Lourdes Montgomery brings back this beloved piece utilizing the text of the Beatitudes, this time in a bilingual version. Te English translation has been carefully put together by Diana Macalintal, and retains the meaning and essence of the original Spanish text, something we don’t often find. Tis bilingual edition is a great resource to introduce this song to your English- speaking or multicultural community.

Anna Betancourt brings us a bilingual (Spanish/ English) piece for Palm Sunday that can also be sung in one language only. Tis hymn can be sung by a four-part choir with the three-part harmony acclaiming a joyful Hosanna! on the verses, or it can simply be sung in unison, highlighting the festive melody. Tis is a great option for a children’s or a multigenerational choir. Te various options for verses allow for stretching the hymn if needed, and languages can be combined.
