governing bylaws were approved by the National Council. Te new bylaws streamline the governance of the association and strengthen the relationship between the members (owners) of NPM and its activities. the Board of Directors. Te new bylaws call for seven elected board members, increased from five. A special election was held in December 2020, and the board welcomed Andrea Ramos and Dolores Martinez as its newest members.

Te Board of Directors was very pleased to welcome Jennifer Kluge as Executive Director beginning January 2021. In that role, she manages the operations of the association and supervises the NPM National staff, who will collaborate closely with the Forum chairs in each of their respective areas.

An additional new aspect of governance is the creation of a Partners Roundtable that will ensure ongoing dialogue and collaboration with NPM’s industry and institutional partners.

We are confident that these new governance structures will help NPM continue on its journey to being a truly member-led organization, one that will serve the singing Church in the United States well into the future.
