Alto-Shaam announced two promotions within its culinary group. Kristina Bladecki was named manager of culinary while Walter Antunes De Campos Neto moved into the role of corporate executive chef EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa). With a career spanning
more than 15 years in the foodservice equipment industry, Bladecki brings a wealth of expertise and insight into her new role. She began her career at Alto-Shaam as a marketing assistant in 2011 and transitioned a year later to the culinary team, where she excelled as a culinary assistant before being named corporate executive chef in 2023.
In her new role, Bladecki will lead Alto-Shaam’s culinary team, emphasizing collaborative and cross- functional engagement, as well as establishing product and culinary application testing criteria and bolstering the manufacturer’s presence at key trade shows. She will also continue to collaborate closely with sales — tailoring solutions to partner and customer needs. “I am excited to witness Kristina’s ongoing

Antunes De Campos Neto joined Alto-Shaam as European executive chef in 2020, demonstrating the capabilities of the company’s complete equipment kitchen solutions through live cooking demos and product training. Before joining Alto-Shaam, Antunes De Campos Neto worked as a cooking instructor and chef de cuisine at the renowned Chefactory cooking academy in Florence, Italy, teaching Italian cuisine in four languages — Italian, English, Spanish and Portuguese. In his new role, Antunes De Campos Neto will serve as an application specialist, working in close support of Alto- Shaam’s global culinary team in executing the business’ strategic plans and objectives across the EMEA region. He will also be responsible for leading culinary and
product demonstrations, as well as training activities and menu consultations for key customers, partners and dealers across the region. “Since joining the business in 2020, Walter has played a crucial role in the continued development and expansion of the business across EMEA”, says Francesca La Chiusa, Alto-Shaam European sales director.
American Range Jennifer Rolander has joined American Range as a sales account executive. Rolander was previously
vice president of Northeast sales for RAK Porcelain USA, a manufacturer of porcelain tableware, and also spent 11 years in various leadership roles at Tuxton China, a supplier of high-quality dinnerware. Along with her wealth of industry experience, American Range said Rolander would bring a positive attitude and energy that fi ts the company’s culture to her new role.
“Jennifer brings a valuable set of skills and experiences to the American Range team,” the company said. “With her background in foodservice, strong relationship-building abilities, and knowledge of
the restaurant industry, she is well-equipped to make signifi cant contributions.”
Avanti Avanti Restaurant Solutions, a dealer based in the Los Angeles suburbs, announced the promotions of Michael Jernigan, Shawna Snyder and Stephen Schneider to vice president.
