Conference for the first time, The Water Coolers is musical comedy troupe whose performance will touch on the most humorous and absurd aspects of selling foodservice equipment and supplies. Since making its New York club debut in 2000, The Water Coolers have become one of only three acts to be awarded twice with a Spotlight Award for

The musical comedy act will tap into real-world experiences of working in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry to entertain conference attendees.


Entertainment of the Year and are now internationally recognized as a premier act for corporate events. The Water Coolers draws its performing cast from the New York City comedy and musical scene. Actors have performed in renowned clubs like Igby’s and Broadway shows such as Chicago, In the Heights and Jersey Boys. The group’s writing team is headed by Tom Allen, one of the creators of the long- running off-Broadway comedy Tony n’ Tina’s Wedding. Allen’s other comedy credits include numerous appearances on The Conan O’Brien Show and as the voice of Peanut on Comedy Central’s Harvey Birdman, Attorney at Law.


Tapping into that talent and experience,


The Water Coolers’ stage performance features recognizable tunes such as Somewhere Over the Rainbow, Bohemian Rhapsody and Adele’s Hello but with comedic lyrics about office and sales lifestyle. The performance will provide a funny take on what it’s like to work in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry, ensuring that conference goers will see their own experiences reflected on the stage. This can’t-miss performance will take place during the FEDA Annual Conference’s opening session on Sept. 18.
