2021 Bonclarken Music Conference: 60th Anniversary

his summer will mark the 60th Anniversary of the Bonclarken Music Conference. Our theme for this summer is: Great is Thy Faithfulness: Bright Hope for Tomorrow. God has been faithful to our denomination’s conference on worship and music over the years. The Bonclarken Music Conference has attracted clinicians from all over the
world. This summer, as we celebrate sixty years, we are prayerful that we will be able to meet in some form or fashion. As you can see, from the back page of this edition of The ARP Magazine, we have a wonderful slate of clinicians and
staff for leadership this summer. To highlight our clinicians, we are so excited to have Dr. Anton Armstrong, director of the famed St. Olaf Choir as the Adult Clinician. We are also excited to welcome Dr. John Ferguson, retired organist from St. Olaf College and renowned clinician and composer to be our Conference Organist. The Reverend Clint Davis, of the Chester ARP Church, will serve as our Minister. Please join us this summer for what promises to be an exciting conference. Please encourage your choirs, youth,
children and church musicians to reg- ister and join us for a week of worship, music, and fellowship.
God has been faithful to us over the years and we pray that we can all be together as we look back at our rich history of God’s faithfulness, enjoy the fellowship of so many who love to gather to sing praises each summer, and to look forward to the “bright hope” that we know God will be faith- ful to provide for this conference and worship and music for our denomina- tion.
