4. What would you be most happy about completing?

5. What are you most committed to changing and improving in your work and your life?

6. How are the teams in your life performing and what actions will you take to lead them to health and high performance?

By Nancy Bradley

ecently, my son sent a few family members, friends, and me an email with his yearly evaluation for work. He says, “I have to complete this ev- ery year for work. I found this therapeutic this year and some forward- looking value as well. Some of this is completely work-related, so just gloss over that. But, this will be the broader mindset for 2021. (In case you’ve been retired a while, the process for evaluating one’s work/ employment is no longer one- sided with the boss having the only input on how well you have performed within the year. Teachers have “Smart Goals”. Maybe your employer calls them something else.) 
