ARPinterest by Susan Tanner Our Stain Remover
From sanitizers and soaps to solutions and sprays, many products promise to eliminate germs and grime. Unfortu- nately, they often fall short. Just think how many items in your closet or kitch- en have been ruined by stubborn stains.
What if we were that concerned about ridding our lives and hearts of sin? What if we spent as much time con- fessing and repenting as scrubbing and laundering? The good news is that with one “application” (the cross), Jesus makes us “whiter than snow” (Psalm 51:7). Praise be to our unblemished Lamb, the perfect stain remover.
Printed in New Perth ARP Church Newsletter. Commandments Commandments The T The Ten
Using your hands, you can remem- ber the Ten Commandments.
The Fourth Commandment is, “Re- member the sabbath-day, to keep it holy. Six days shalt thou labor, and do all thy work: but the seventh day is the sabbath of the Lord thy God; in it though shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, nor thy man-servant, nor thy maid- servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that is within thy gate: for in six days the Lord made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day: wherefore the Lord blessed the sabbath-day and hallowed it” (The Shorter Catechism).
as if resting.)
Veggie Trays
Summertime fun includes BBQs, pic- nics, get-togethers on the back porch, and poolside meals.
I love making fun summertime foods!
Ultimate Kids’ Activities
Bean-Bag Obstacle Course • Set up an obstacle course.
• Time each child while they run through the course with a bean bag balanced on their head.
• If the bag falls off, the child must stop and put the bag back on their head, then continue through the course.
Don’t Spill The Beans Relay • Divide into two teams.
• Mark a start line and place two chairs toward the far end of the room or yard.
• must hold up his plate like a waiter and walk or run around the chair and back to the start line without spilling any beans.
• If beans are spilled, the player must stop and put them back on the plate, then continue toward his line.
run the course wins.
My favorite is still cups because every- one can have their own cup and double dip as they like! And you can put any- thing in a cup – veggies, desserts, fruit, pasta salad. Kids love these too! So when asked this summer to make something for a get-together jump on volunteering for the veggie tray or side and let your artistic side go wild.

You always have some sort of meat like hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, or chicken. To tell you the truth - my fa- vorites are the sides. Some of the most popular sides are salads, pasta salads, and lots of raw crisp veggies! Veggie trays have changed over the years! Now the veggie trays are ar- ranged like works of art, using veggies as bowls, or placing veggies in cups with dip/hummus. Here are some favorites I’ve seen lately.
