STEP 3: Consider the Long-Term Impact & Effect on Property Value

When putting any decision into action, it’s important to consider the long- term impact along with the short-term savings. Each owner has a vested interest in preserving both the value of their individual property as well as that of the association’s common areas. If the short-term cost savings amount to less than the perceived loss in property value, alternate options should be considered and weighed accordingly.

Tis burden is not the association’s to bear alone though. It’s essential to reach out to your service providers and leverage their knowledge and expertise. As vendors, we pride ourselves on the partnerships we form with our clients. Helping our clients navigate difficult times is our responsibility and what we hope earns us the ability to create lasting, long-term relationships. In the spirit of Community, we want to ensure we all come out of this pandemic healthy- physically, mentally, spiritually, and financially. We are here to help!
