Campus Outreach


During winter and spring of 2023/24, CCCA had a concentrated effort to reach college students at faith-based colleges with stories and messaging about why they should consider working at camp in the summer. Through event sponsorships, promotions on campus, partnerships with campus groups and hiring campus ambassadors, CCCA reached thousands of potential summer staffers. If your camp or conference center has a relationship with a Christian college or university and you’d like us to consider adding them to the campaign for the 2024/25 school year, please email marketing@ccca.org.


Meet Squatch


Much has been discussed about how hard it is to find qualified, passionate Jesus-followers in Gen Z who want to work at summer camp. In fact, the only thing harder to find might be a Sasquatch. Meet Squatch — the CCCA summer staff recruitment mascot. If you’d like to add Squatch to your staff marketing efforts, email marketing@ccca.org and we’ll send you the graphic files!
