DIVERSITY & INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE


Over the last several years, we have heard more and more about companies launching diversity and inclusion initiatives. We need to take time and ask ourselves these questions: What does diversity and inclusion look like in the workplace, and why is it important? How do we achieve a diverse and inclusive working environment? What can venues do to support a more diverse and inclusive workplace that en-  races, ethnicities, and disabilities?        
