TPI TRACKING RECENT EXECUTIVE ORDER TPI is tracking a recent Executive Order on English Language Proficiency Requirements for commercial truck drivers. We are awaiting more information from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration on how this may impact covered farm vehicles delivering agricultural commodities, including sod.
PROTECT YOURSELF & BUSINESS FROM CREDIT CARD SCAMS Credit card scams are showing up again this year. Be wary of taking credit cards over the phone and follow the recommendations from our recent speaker at TPI 2025 in San Antonio. You can view the content for this session in the TPI Member Portal.
