TPI SEED TEST PLOTS
With that last-minute change of Field Day sites, the TPI Seed Test Plots were not onsite for the Field Day. A bus was available throughout the day to take attendees to the plots. Tose who visited confirmed that despite the spring weather challenges, the plots looked great! TPI thanks the following 11 companies for providing the 54 variety/blend entries:

PROGRESSIVE TURF EQUIPMENT CELEBRATES 30TH ANNIVERSARY BY SUPPORTING THE LAWN INSTITUTE!
Luke Janmaat, President, says, “Since 1989, Progressive Turf Equipment has been a proud supporter of TPI and their activities to promote the use of natural grass and the betterment of its members. Trough our association, we have made many friends in the turf industry who have helped to improve our products and in turn their own operations. Our association with TPI has helped us become the company we are today!”
In recognition of that, Progressive Turf Equipment was pleased to offer a brand-new TD92G tri-deck finishing mower for auction with the proceeds benefiting Te Lawn Institute’s initiatives. Te high bidder, with a bid of $31,000, was Randy Tischer, owner of Green Velvet Sod Farms in Bellbrook, Ohio. Te bid was placed by Mike Blair, farm manager.
