THE HEAVY LIFTING SIDEKICK | RM 2430, RM 2442 & RM 2448 The RollMate (RM 2430, RM 2442 & RM 2448) is the fast and efficient way to install Big Rolls. Simple to operate, the RollMate works well in a wide variety of conditions. Outstanding on slopes and in confined areas and with a light footprint and tight turning radius the RollMate won’t disturb the final grade of your project. The 11-HP HONDA Engine with Electric Start provides power to lift rolls with a 4-foot (1.22-meter) diameter up to 2,000 lbs. (907.19 kg). The Hydrostatic Drive allows the operator to choose an ideal installation speed for the conditions.  Track Big Roll Sod Installer with Clamp System

This installer is an all-terrain rubber-tracked unit with 2,500-lb. (1,133.98-kg) load capacity and choice of clamp or bar hook-up, allowing for installation of rolls with widths from 30- to 48-inches (.762- to 1.219-m). Switch from clamp to bar as needed. It has a larger pocket for the sod roll and balances with or without a load. Driver experiences outstanding visibility from a standing platform and the easy operation allows for tight seams and wall-to-wall installation. Model 4226D and Model 4826D come with a Kubota 05 Series 3-Cylinder liquid-cooled engine. New to the 2023 line are Model 4231 and Model 4831 with a Kawasaki 31-hp water-cooled engine putting out adequate torque and power to suit your needs. Optional attachments: • Pallet forks • Sod roller • Mini-harvester—allows for cutting and installation with same machine

 Big Roll Sod Installer

The new Big Roll Sod Installer is a four-wheel-drive all-terrain machine with top-of-the-line maneuverability and durability. Front and rear hydraulic wheel motors and rear wheel steering allow for a tight turning radius—while the traction assist feature also allows for true four-wheel-drive by giving all tires equal pulling-power. This Installer features an easy-to-use Hydraulic Piloted joystick with electric over hydraulic controls for smooth and consistent operation. Control forward/reverse movements and roll lifting, from the same joystick. With a 2,500-lb. (1,133.98-kg) load capacity and foam-filled tires to ensure no flat tires on the job, this machine handles the toughest tasks. Both 42- and 48-inch (1.067- and 1.219-m) installers come standard with a liquid-cooled Kubota 05 Series 3-Cylinder engine. Choose between a hydraulic roll clamping system or traditional bar system, both with the capacity to install rolls in widths from 30 to 48 inches (.762- to 1.219-m).
