ANNUAL EQUIPMENT & PRODUCT BUYER'S GUIDE

ROCK REMOVAL/RAKES  GKB Stoneburier

The new Stoneburier from GKB Machines creates the perfect seed bed using one machine and one operation. It is designed to bury stones and turf under the surface and then cover it with a layer of loose soil. Material separation takes place through the sieve behind the cutting rotor. The rotor rotates in the opposite direction relative to the standard. As a result, the material is thrown against the screen. In the sieve, loose soil is separated into coarse particles. The maximum working depth is 7-inches (17.78-cm). The working depth is set with a packer roller which is easily adjusted up or down by the spindles on both sides of the machine. For an even stronger operation, the packer roller can be filled with over 25 gallons (94.64 liters) of water. The packer roller can be hydraulically side shifted to make your finished product seamless.
