So cultivate mindfulness by listening to audio or video clips, deep breathing, or taking moments throughout the day to be present and notice your senses.
Business people I work with enjoy this mindfulness clip, called Leaves on a Stream, where you imagine yourself by a stream in the woods, and place every thought you have on a leaf and let it float by on the stream.

In summary, pay attention to those inner thoughts and how they are criticizing you.
Reflect—Review the Evidence
What about these points are valid and valuable for future action?
What about these points are off the mark and are just destructive and paralyzing?
Refute—Make Counterpoints Specific to the Inner Toughts Have these points ready for when those thoughts come. Say these statements to yourself often. Reframe—Would You Say Tese Criticisms to a Friend?
Remind yourself what your friend would tell you in these circumstances.
But it’s essential to track all of your
successes, both small and big. When you notice your positive outcomes, you’ll have more evidence to fight that inner critic when it does pop up.
Forgiving yourself opens space for more constructive thoughts. Recenter—Practice Mindfulness Release negative thoughts. Be present now and move forward.
Tese tactics are often enough to help people combat that inner voice. If that inner voice persists despite these efforts, you may want to talk to a psychologist or social worker who can work with you to reduce these thoughts.
