MOWERS  Pro Lift-N-Turn™


The productivity advantage of Progressive’s exclusive Pro Lift-N-Turn™ is


standard equipment on all Progressive finishing roller mowers. Using only one hydraulic function, operators can slightly raise the decks off the ground temporarily with the PTO still engaged. This makes turning easier on the turfgrass as the weight of the mower is distributed between the tractor and the high floatation tires. It also reduces the number of PTO engagement cycles required. Lifting all of the decks prevents crop damage from the rollers sliding across the turfgrass during a turn—leaving more headland turfgrass that can be harvested. Automatic mechanical stops prevent each deck from raising too far (See arrow). No vulnerable cylinder position sensors, wires, or electrical solenoid valves are needed as with other systems. Pro Lift-N-Turn has simply eliminated the issues competitive roller mowers face when turning on the headlands.

 Rhino X2411 Mower


The Rhino X2411 mower is a 24-ft (7.62-m) wide rotary mower with 11 rotors designed to maintain sports fields, turfgrass farms, and universities for a versatile year-round manicured cut. The X2411 is 100 percent gear-driven and built with high-performance Strenx steel for total protection from the elements. The X2411 is also finished off with a hot-dipped galvanized finish to ensure the ultimate protection against corrosion. The X Series from Rhino is also available in 5 different cutting widths 10-ft (3.05-m), 14-ft (4.27-m), 18-ft (5.49-m), 20-ft (6.1-m), and 24-ft (7.32-m) and the blades are supplied in a fixed position or can be used in a swinging blade position. This design feature gives the operator flexibility to choose the best blade position depending on the work environment.
