During the summer months,

the town of Dalmeny will be con- ducting a Farmer’s Market on our street which gives us an opportunity to interact with people and also pro- vide beverages for those who come to buy.

Christian Fellowship worship service

Christian Fellowship Chapel Winnipeg, Manitoba Searching for a Pastor www.cfc-wpg.org We continue to press on

through these COVID-19 times. Our attendance has been stable throughout the pandemic. We have been meeting at the church and on Zoom simultaneously. Our “techies” continue to get better at facilitating these services.

We are also enjoying several of

our young men taking the pulpit, an opportunity that has arisen for them as we continue our search for a pastor.

Our Awana team provided

consistent programming during the winter months and hosted a drive- through Spring Windup event for 22 children — representing six families — that tuned in regularly. Many of these children are from Christian homes. It was a privilege to be part of the important task of discipling them.

Summer programming is

underway, however we don’t know what that will look like for our

We rejoice that we have been able, through the dedication of our pastor and leadership team, to provide three service times on the weekends allowing everyone an opportunity to attend in-person services while still complying with the health orders regarding gathering sizes. For those who can vary which service they attend it is also an opportunity to share face-to-face fellowship — properly distanced, of course — with the church family, which has not been able to meet as a whole for some time.

We have experimented with

new and creative ways to do ministry to children and youth. At the time of this writing, we have just been placed under even tighter guidelines which will require yet more adjust- ments to those activities. We trust God to open the doors and move hearts for the hungry, the lonely, and the hopeless to be reached with the Good News that Jesus has overcome all obstacles and He does indeed make His children overcomers!

We have found that in spite of

restrictions our total attendance is up significantly due to the blessed addition of several new families. This is a great encouragement to us

to continue serving in our commu- nities and neighbourhoods.

We have taken advantage of

the church basement being empty to make some serious upgrades in insulation and renovating so that we are ready, when the time comes, to resume in-person gatherings togeth- er — to learn, to play, to break bread together, and to worship the only One who is worthy.

Our pastor is preparing a 60-day

campaign for May and June in which we will be studying and rejoicing in 100 gifts from the riches of God’s grace (material assembled by Dr. John Crozier, graceGodChrist.com).

May God continue to reveal His

glory as we tune our hearts to His. Pastor Mark will be taking a well deserved break as he will be on sab- batical from July to September.

Faith Evangelical Bible Church Henderson, Nebraska Bob Stretch, Pastor Crale Swanson, Youth Pastor faithebc.net It was a privilege for our youth

to host an event with David Lopez, a Grace Mission missionary serving in Mexico. A number of our youth had previously participated in a missions trip to Mexico, so it was a great eve- ning of sharing what God has been doing in Oaxaca, Mexico. Along with overseas missions, our youth have been challenged to serve where they are. This has been evident in their participation as leaders in our Awana program this past year with 12 of them serving in various places. Many of our teens also participate in our Sunday worship team on a regular basis. God is preparing them to be His witnesses in our present world.

May 9 is graduation Sunday in

our community. Our church will celebrate with our seniors through a
