WAYNE MYERS – Estes Park Homeowners Association– Wayne has been a steadfast presence at Estes Park for more than 12 years, including eight as Board President. He led major projects like a full roof replacement and siding improvements while keeping assessments low and finances stable. Always approachable and proactive, Wayne regularly engages with residents and vendors, addressing concerns thoughtfully and maintaining a strong sense of community. His dedication and neighbor-first approach have strengthened both the beauty and spirit of Estes Park.

JULIE ROSEN – Winthrop Club Condominium Association – Julie has been a cornerstone of the Winthrop Club for over a decade, serving as Board President for much of that time. Under her leadership, the community completed a rental cap amendment, a full garage membrane project, and a 15-story exterior restoration. She fosters collaboration by empowering residents to participate in commissions focused on initiatives like composting, fitness improvements, and electric vehicle readiness. Known for her thoughtful, respectful approach and partnership with management, Julie leaves a lasting impact on both the community and its residents.

THEODORE SCHMIDT–180 East Pearson Street Homeowners Association – Ted has provided creative and effective leadership at 180 East Pearson for several years. He renegotiated critical agreements with the Water Tower Mall and FirstService Residential, strengthening the building’s operations and finances. Ted also led the hiring and training of the general manager and operations manager, personally stepping in to fulfill key management duties during the transition. His welcoming, hands-on leadership style makes the building a place that residents are proud to call home.
