While the Volunteer Commission strengthens CAI from within, the Community Relations Committee ensures the organizations impact is felt throughout the broader community.
This committee is focused on building awareness of CAI-Illinois and its mission through outreach, partnerships, and service initiatives.
The Community Relations Committee leads meaningful outreach efforts by:
Organizing the annual service day and identifying additional volunteer opportunities Supporting other committees service initiatives (such as food drives and charitable campaigns) Building relationships with local governing bodies and community organizations Participating in community events to promote CAI-Illinois Researching and developing strategic partnerships
Community associations dont exist in isolation—they are part of a larger ecosystem. This committee helps position CAI-Illinois as a trusted resource and active community partner, strengthening both visibility and credibility.
