I thought I would share a couple of photos from my 13-year-old son, Ethan’s, first time showing his goats at our local Stephenson County fair. We got into goats last summer with a few bred fullblood Savanna does and have had a fantastic experience with this breed on the farm and at the fair. Ethan was pleasantly surprised to earn Grand Champion and Reserve Grand Champion buck over all breeds, and Reserve Grand Champion doe.
