Previously, he held sales leadership positions at GE Appliances. At Amerikooler, he will focus on scaling sales processes, fi ne-tuning go-to-market strategies, and identifying new opportunities to support the manufacturer’s growth.
Atlantic Culinary Environments Jovan Garrison has joined Atlantic Culinary Environments as corporate buyer for the Pennsylvania- based distributor.

Garrison has more than four years of experience in purchasing and procurement, having most recently served as a procurement manager for Threadwell, a soft goods manufacturer serving the hospitality industry.
“At Atlantic, our mission is to deliver seamless, high- end culinary environments, and that starts with having the right people behind the scenes,” the company said in an announcement. “Jovan’s role is vital to our supply chain and project success, ensuring we continue to provide the quality and expertise our clients expect.”
Boelter
Carley Sadd has joined Boelter as director of consultant services. The hiring reinforces the distributor’s long-standing commitment to strong collaboration with consultants to drive successful project outcomes for clients, the company said. With more than 23 years of experience in foodservice design and project leadership, Sadd will lead a consistent, value-added consultant support strategy focused on alignment, effi ciency, and results throughout the project lifecycle. She previously worked at TriMark USA, most recently holding the role of regional vice president of strategic initiatives.

Sadd’s focus will include budget validation, cost strategy support, design- assist opportunities, and manufacturer support and collaborative training. “As projects grow more complex, consultants need partners who can move quickly, validate budgets early, and help resolve constraints before they become challenges in the fi eld,” said Manny Alvarez, Boelter’s vice president, contract. “Carley’s role is about creating clearer paths from design to execution and helping projects move forward more effi ciently and predictably.”
Flexeserve Scott Turbeville has joined Flexeserve as sales manager, national accounts. In his new role, Turbeville will liaise with the manufacturer’s network of rep partners and authorized distributors to expand its reach across existing and new markets.
Following a career in the
U.S. Army, during which he rose to the rank of captain, Turbeville transitioned to foodservice and found he had a natural talent for sales. He brings more than 10 years of experience to Flexeserve, having worked for other foodservice equipment manufacturers such as Electrolux Professional Group, UNOX, and Middleby Corp.

Joining Turbeville at the company is new operations manager Ericka Randell. A Costa Rican native, Randell’s experience ranges from working with a global specialty ingredients manufacturer to architectural high-performance glazing and bespoke lava stone products. She has more than 25 years of experience in operations, including work with international sales and logistics organizations.
