Traveling to the FEDA Conference

As the FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference, Sept. 15-18, 2026, approaches, attendees should finalize their hotel and transportation arrangements. To make this process easier, FEDA has compiled a list of recommended transportation options for getting to and from the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, 1702 Glencoe Mountain Way, Park City, Utah. Whether you are renting a car or taking an Uber, there are many options to choose from.

Airport Options The nearest and most convenient airport is Salt Lake City International Airport. Located about 40 miles from the Grand Hyatt Deer Valley, the trip from the airport to the resort takes approximately 45 minutes. This airport serves as the primary hub for airlines in the region, and travelers can connect to a range of ground transportation options, including rideshare services and rental cars.

Rental Cars For those interested in exploring Park City beyond the resort, renting a car is a compelling option. Salt Lake City International Airport’s on-site rental car agencies are located in the Gateway Center, adjacent to the parking garage and accessible from the terminal via the two bridges in the baggage claim area. Off-airport rental car agencies can also be accessed via shuttle service. The pickup and drop-off location for shuttles is located at the northwest corner of the parking garage. Self-parking is complimentary at the resort for FEDA conference attendees and overnight valet services are available for $50 per day.

Rideshare If you are looking for a fast and convenient option, ridesharing may be for you. Uber, Lyft, and Park City Rides operate at the Salt Lake City airport. Depending on the size of the group and budget, there are many options to choose from. For the most accurate timing and pricing information, download the Uber or Lyft app. Designated pickup areas for rideshare companies are indicated by curbside signs located outside of the terminal on the ground level, B-lane.

Grand Hyatt Options The Grand Hyatt’s preferred transportation vendor is the Snow Country Limo, which offers private ride services. Whether you are interested in a ride to the airport or a service to travel around Park City, Snow Country Limo offers a variety of options. Call (435) 714-0159 to book a ride or visit the Snow Country Limo website at snowcountrylimo.com.

The Grand Hyatt offers a complimentary shuttle to and from downtown Park City. Service begins at 11 a.m. daily, and the final shuttle departs downtown at 8 p.m. to return to the resort.

Booking Hotel Accommodations Don’t forget to book your hotel room! All conference attendees must reserve their room by Aug. 21, 2026. A link to book online is available at feda.com/conference. Reservations may also be made by calling (435) 574-1234 or emailing SLCGP-reservations@hyatt.com.
