2026 FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference Celebrating the Leaders Moving the Industry Forward
The 2026 FEDA Gold Awards will honor distributor and manufacturer member companies and individuals setting new standards in workplace culture, customer service, and talent development.
P
rogress in the foodservice equipment and supplies industry is driven by the companies and individuals who continually raise the
bar. At this year’s FEDA Gold Awards Breakfast, held Sept. 17 during the 2026 FEDA Annual Executive Leadership Conference in Park City, Utah, the association will spotlight distributor and manufacturer members whose achievements are advancing the foodservice equipment and supplies industry. These honorees represent a cross-section of the membership, demonstrating how exemplary leadership and service are taking hold across businesses of all sizes. The awards recognize excellence across workplace practices, customer service, and the development of emerging talent. More than a moment of recognition, they reflect the real-world impact FEDA members are making by setting new standards that can serve as a model for their peers. By highlighting these accomplishments, FEDA aims to provide practical examples of how successful organizations operate and encourage other members to pursue similar refinements within their own teams.
Winning companies will be showcased in FEDA News & Views magazine, the association’s weekly newsletter, and on FEDA’s social media channels. Each winner will also receive a custom award to showcase their achievement. The deadline for submission is Friday, July 24, 2026.
